Jo Evans
Jo Evans is a longtime resident of The Meadows. She currently chairs the Maintenance Committee. She has served on the MCA Board, her association board, and participated in many volunteer and community activities over the years.
Louise Mitchell
Louise Mitchell is a very early resident of The Meadows. She lives in Woodmans Chart. She is 103 years old.
Len Smally
Len Smally was the Manager of The Meadows Community Association from 1998 to 2015.
The three musketeers
Kirby Rolfe, Randy Lohr, and Dave Gindlesberger, served as team leaders in maintenance operations of The Meadows for many years. Affectionately known as The Three Musketeers, these gentlemen were responsible for ongoing maintenance for decades and made many infrastructure improvements enjoyed by the community.

Bill & Kathy Maier have been residents in The Meadows since 1978.
Tim Eisemann
Tim Eisemann’s parents, Bill and Doris Eisemann, have the distinction of being the first people to buy property in The Meadows in 1977.
Paul & Peggy Soentgen
Paul & Peggy Soentgen have been residents in The Meadows since 1994. They currently live in the Surrey Lane neighborhood east of Honoré Avenue.
Sue Kozik
Sue Kozik’s family have been residents in The Meadows since 1985. Her parents lived in Huntingwood Villas for two years before moving around the corner to a house on Everwood Run. Sue recently retired, took over the family house, and renovated it. She is a second-generation owner.
